LAND ACQUISITION LAW:

The acquisition is the act of becoming the owner of certain property, the act by which one acquires or procures the property. The law identifying with land securing is referred to in England as the law of “compulsory purchase” and it is a declaration of what is known in Pakistan, as the “intensity of prominent space”. This law enables the state, as an exemption to the overall standard, to propel a proprietor of property to offer it to the state or to an office or substance approved by the state in light of the fact that the equivalent is needed for the utilization of the state or such office or element. The law also provides that a proper price be paid to such owner.
